When I upload images to the Media Library, why don't I see the images right away?

Media files are
created in a background thread by the filewatcher. It is not possible for the client application to
know when the file upload completes so that it can refresh the treeview or media browser.
The media browser can be refreshed manually by navigating one step up and one down again, or by right clicking and choosing Refresh from the popup menu.
This issue will be fixed in a future version of the Media library.
